Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit payment is taken to confirm your booking, this is then taken off your bill. If you cancel and give less than 48 hours notice you will lose your deposit and you will not be able to book again for 6 months. If you are refused entry your deposit will be repaid within 5 working days via bank transfer, it will not be given at the venue.
You must arrive at the time of your table booking. If you arrive any later your table and deposit may be forfeited.
Age & ID
All guests of Playroom must be over the age of 18 and have ID. We operate a challenge 25 policy.
Playroom operates a smart, cool & stylish dress code. We do not allow sports trainers, sportswear, hats, hoodies, man bags, big jewellery, group t-shirts or fancy dress under any circumstances. If in any doubt, please do not wear.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, bookings do not guarantee entry, our super strict door policy always applies and entry will be only be permitted once you have been vetted at the venue. Please arrive with the correct attitude and good vibe.
If you have reached your allocated minimum spend on drinks and do not spend any further monies, management reserve the right to re-sell and or re-locate your table.
Dining tables are required back after 2 hours unless you have booked Late Night dining. Late Night diners keep the table all night with a minimum spend in place on drinks from 11.30pm.
